Ingredients for Rasaje Recipe

  • 25 g Horse gram
  • 3.33 Pieces Of garlic
  • 0.17 inch Ginger
  • 0.83 Pieces 5-6 Green chilly
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • 0.17 tbsp Raw mango powder
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil to cook
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.83 g Coriander leaves for garnish

Directions: Rasaje Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the horse gram daal for 2 hours. Remove water and grind it by adding ginger, 5 to 6 clove of garlic, and green chillies and 1teaspoon of salt. Grind it without water and make a fine paste
  • STEP 2.Take a woke and greece it with little amount of oil. Now put that fine paste of daal into the woke and saute it until it convert into a dough form.
  • STEP 3.Greece a plate and put the dough on it and spread the dough equally. Now cut them into the piece of any shape and deep fry them
  • STEP 4.Make a fine paste of onion Garlic. Take a woke and add oil in it. Now put the onion garlic paste and mix all spices into it. Cook it well until oil get separated from it
  • STEP 5.Now add 2 glass of water and when it boils put that fried piece of horse gram After taking one boil switch off the gas and serve it by garnish it with coriander leaves.
