250 gm Potato
2 g Onion
1 inch Ginger
5 g Garlic
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
4 tbsp Honey
to taste Salt
2 tbsp Corn flour
200 g Oil to fry
5 g Sesame seed
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
a pinch Food colour
1 teaspoon White vinegar

STEP 1.Cut the potato in thick slices and take them in bowl then sprinkle corn flour and food colour then mix them properly .Freeze it for half an hour.Then take a wok and put oil to fry the potatoes. Then take a pan and put 1 tbsp oil and add sesame seeds, red chiily powder ,white vinegar,Ginger , chopped garlic and onion and saute it for five minutes then add soya sauce salt .Last but not the least add potato and honey .serve it hot on a plate .
