Directions : vada pav bruschetta Recipe
STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When mustard seeds crackle - add green chili paste and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
STEP 2.Now add mashed boiled potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves or chutney. Mix well. And keep mixing and cooking on medium flame for about 5-10 minutes.
STEP 3.your mix is ready
STEP 4.Now place the bread in a baking tray and apply butter. Spread green chutney and tamarind chutney (optional) and then spread some prepared potato mixture on the bread.
STEP 5.Now put some cheese on top and bake at 180 degree celsius for 3-4 minutes till the bread becomes slightly crispy and cheese melts.
STEP 6.Now take out the bread from the oven and garnish with dry garlic chutney and fried green chillies.
STEP 7.Now Spicy Vada Pav Bruschetta is ready.
