This is one of the healthy and nutritious south indian receipe. It is one kind of a tomato soup receipe. Very delicious. Enjoy with rice, upma, mendu vada and many more south indian dishes .
STEP 1.In a pan add water to boil. Roughly chopped tomatoes, add in boiling water along with tamarind. Boil till soft..
STEP 2.When cools completely, grind in a mixer in a smooth paste. Strain it.
STEP 3.Take a pan, add ghee, hing, jeera, ginger chilli paste, curry leaves, saute it.
STEP 4.Add tomato paste along with water as required for rasam constituency.
STEP 5.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, rasam powder and jaggery..
STEP 6.Boil for 5 minutes.. Ready to serve hot tangy tomato rasam.. Garnish with chopped coriander..
