  • 3 g red tomatoes big size
  • 1 tsp Tamarind
  • 2 tsp Jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Rasam powder
  • 1/4 tsp tsp hin
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • as required Few curry leaves
  • as required Some chopped coriander
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • as required water required

  • STEP 1.In a pan add water to boil. Roughly chopped tomatoes, add in boiling water along with tamarind. Boil till soft..
