Ingredients for Dabeli Masala Paratha Cone Recipe

  • 1/2 cup dabeli potato masala
  • 1 Pieces wheat flour paratha
  • 2 tsp thick maida slurry
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped tomates
  • 2 tsp Masala peanuts
  • 1 tsp garlic red chilli chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • as required Some very thin sev
  • As Required as per taste Some chopped coriander

Directions: Dabeli Masala Paratha Cone Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add dabeli potato masala, heat on low flame, add garlic red chilli chutney and tamarind jaggery chutney mix well. Turn of gas.
  • STEP 2.Take a paratha. Cut into halves. On a low flame, heat oil in kadai.
  • STEP 3.Now take half piece of paratha, give a cone shape, on a kulfi cone shape mould, grease it with oil. Now stick edges of paratha cone by applying maida slurry.
  • STEP 4.Fry on a low flame, till turns golden pink or paratha cone leaves cone mould.
  • STEP 5.Make all paratha cones in same way.
  • STEP 6.Now stuff dabeli potato masala in cone. Add chopped onions and tomatoes, along with masala peanuts, coriander and lemon juice.. Sprinkle some thin sev..
