Ingredients for Mumbai Special Crispy Kanda Bhaji Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Onions
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp very thin chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 g hin
  • 0.06 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp water water
  • 1.50 Cup Oil to fry

Directions: Mumbai Special Crispy Kanda Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make very thin long slices of onions. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, soda and green chillies. Combine well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Onions mixture release water. Now add besan. Combine well. As needed add water in mixture. Don't add more water, to make crispy Bhaji.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in pan on medium flame. Take little portions of Bhaji thick mixture, put in hot oil. Fry till turns golden brown and crispy. Make all bhaji in same way. Ready to serve.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot and crispy onion pakodas with garlic chutney, fried green chilles along with hot tea. Perfect hot snacks in monsoon. Enjoy..
