Paneer payash is a sweet dish prepared on Janmastami and offered as Prasadam.Milk products are favorite of Lord Krishna and a common favorite loved during festivals.
STEP 1.First take 200 gms paneer, grate it keep it aside
STEP 2.Now mash the paneer thoroughly . Add cardamom powder.
STEP 3.Boil milk and keep it on simmer for 1 hour. Add cardamom powder.
STEP 4.Cook till the milk gets a thicker consistency. Add the grated paneer. Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Serve chilled
STEP 5.Garnish with saffron and pistachios
