  • 66.67 gms Paneer
  • 0.67 Cup Milk
  • 0.67 tsp cardomom powder
  • 2 tsp Chopped nuts
  • a pinch Saffron
  • handful Pistachios

Directions: Saffron Paneer Payasam Janmastami Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take 200 gms paneer, grate it keep it aside
  • STEP 2.Now mash the paneer thoroughly . Add cardamom powder.
  • STEP 3.Boil milk and keep it on simmer for 1 hour. Add cardamom powder.
  • STEP 4.Cook till the milk gets a thicker consistency. Add the grated paneer. Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Serve chilled
  • STEP 5.Garnish with saffron and pistachios
