Recipe By Slurrp

Javvarisi Payasam is a traditional South Indian dessert made with sago pearls, milk, and jaggery. It is a creamy and sweet pudding-like dish that is often served during festivals and special occasions. The sago pearls are cooked in milk until they become soft and translucent, and then sweetened with jaggery syrup. The payasam is flavored with cardamom and garnished with roasted nuts and raisins. It is best served warm or chilled as a delightful ending to a meal.
