STEP 1.Firstly whisk the curd, then cut cucumber in round circles mix with the curd, keep aside
STEP 2.Secondly cut the onion in rings, and cut the chillies also
STEP 3.In a pan pour oil, when hot add mustard seeds. Add the groundnuts, once brown add curry leaves.
STEP 4.Next add the onions, saute for a while add salt and mix well, then add the green chillies..
STEP 5.Add this to the whisked curd with cucumber, give it a mix.
STEP 6.Sprinkle chaat masala and your raita is ready.
