Ingredients for Raita Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Curd
  • 62.50 gms Cucumber
  • 1/4 g Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 3/4 g Green chillies
  • 1/4 tbsp Groundnuts
  • a handful Curry leaves a
  • 1/4 tsp white oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala

Directions: Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly whisk the curd, then cut cucumber in round circles mix with the curd, keep aside
  • STEP 2.Secondly cut the onion in rings, and cut the chillies also
  • STEP 3.In a pan pour oil, when hot add mustard seeds. Add the groundnuts, once brown add curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Next add the onions, saute for a while add salt and mix well, then add the green chillies..
  • STEP 5.Add this to the whisked curd with cucumber, give it a mix.
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle chaat masala and your raita is ready.
