Ingredients for Egg snow ball fruits custard. Recipe

  • 1/2 g Egg
  • 1/4 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 cups Milk
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • handful of rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 Pieces Apple
  • 1/2 Pieces Bananas

Directions: Egg Snow Ball Fruits Custard. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly seperate the yolk from the whites. Beat the egg whites with the help of an electric beater for 2 minutes till stiff peaks are formed.
  • STEP 2.Take a cup of milk add the custard powder, cornflour, sugar and vanilla essence and mix.
  • STEP 3.Next smoothen the egg yolk and mix the custard mix.
  • STEP 4.In a pan boil 3 cups milk and add the custard mix into it. Stir till it thickens. Cook on low flame.
  • STEP 5.Then with a help of a spoon make balls with the egg whites and drop it into the custard. Close lid cook for 2 to 3 minutes. In a serving dish cut the fruits and spread it all over. Pour the custard carefully Add sprinkles from top Referigerate for 20 minutes and serve cold.
