- 0.06 Cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Makhana
- 1/4 Cup Curd
- 0.13 Tsp Black salt
- 0.13 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 0.06 Tsp Salt
- 0.13 Tsp Roasted Cumin powder
How to Make Makhana Raita Recipe
Roast the makhana in a pan on low flame. When it gets crispy.turn off the flame.
Beat the curd and kept it aside in fridge. Then after sometime at the time of serving add, Makhana, Onion, cucumber and all spices. Mix well. Makhana Raita is ready.
During fasting you can skip onion.
