Coleslaw Salad. Recipe

Cut the cabbage into fine slices....mix salt and lemon juice and keep aside for 10 mins... Squeeze the cabbage and add grated carrot , thin sliced capsicum 1 tsp each of salt , sugar. Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2tbsp milk, 1 tsp mustard powder , 1 tsp of black pepper powder toss it up...Coleslaw salad is ready.
