STEP 1.Fristly heat oil and butter into a kadai, further add ginger garlic paste saute well.
STEP 2.Now add chopped onion cook until golden brown,now add chopped tomatoes and capsicum cook until mashy.
STEP 3.Further add spices cook until released oil/butter.
STEP 4.Now add all boiled vegetables and mash with masher.
STEP 5.Now add water as required cook more for few minutes.
STEP 6.Futher add lemon juice and mix it well and garnishing with chopped coriander,onion and butter.
STEP 7.Now heat tawa spread butter and roast pav from both sides.
STEP 8.Serve hot ready pav bhaji with salad and enjoy!
