  • 1/2 Boiled Potatoes, Mashed

  • 0.06 cup Capsicum, Chopped
  • 1 Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  • as needed Ketchup Or Chutney For Serving

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and add butter. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add mashed boiled potatoes, green peas, and chopped capsicum. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Take a tortilla and spread the pav bhaji filling on one side. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and fold the tortilla in half.
  • STEP 5.Heat a grill pan and place the quesadilla on it. Cook on both sides until crispy and the cheese has melted.
  • STEP 6.Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
