Ingredients for Pav bhaji Recipe

  • 1/5 Tsp oil
  • 0.80 Tsp cubes large butter
  • 1/5 Cup finally chopped onion
  • 1/10 Cup chopped lauki
  • 1/10 Cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/5 Cup chopped potatoes
  • 1/10 Cup chopped cabbage
  • 0.15 Cup chopped carrot
  • 1/10 Cup chopped beetroot
  • 1/5 Tsp Salt as per taste
  • 1/5 Tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 0.60 Tsp pav bhaji
  • 1/10 Tsp red chili powder
  • 0.40 Tsp dry fengureek powder
  • 1/10 Cup tomato puree
  • 1/5 Pieces cube butter
  • 1/5 A Bunch bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/5 Tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 0.40 Tbsp Butter
  • 2.40 Pieces Pav

Directions: Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.ЁЯМ┐ First boil all the veggies properly left the cappsicum
  • STEP 2.ЁЯМ┐Heat oil in a pan. Add cubes of butter along with onion
  • STEP 3.ЁЯМ┐2.Saute till golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.ЁЯМ┐3.Now add chopped cappsicum and saute for 2 minutes
  • STEP 5.ЁЯМ┐Add salt, chilli powder and pav bhaji masala kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well
  • STEP 6.ЁЯМ┐5.Now add the tomato puree.
  • STEP 7.ЁЯМ┐6.Mix the tomato puree thoroughly and then all boiled veggies and mash it properly add 1)2 cup water and cook well then add dry fengureek powder
  • STEP 8.ЁЯМ┐add butter and coriander leaves to the cooked bhaaji. Mix thoroughly.
  • STEP 9.Sprinkle pav bhaji masala over it.
