Ingredients for Pav bhaji Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cups Fine chopped onion
  • 1/4 Cups Finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Fine chopped capsicum
  • 0.13 cup Boiled peas
  • 0.13 cup Boiled carrots
  • 0.13 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  • 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Packet pack pav
  • as required butter for roasting pav
  • as required water

Directions: Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly heat oil and butter into a kadai, further add ginger garlic paste saute well.
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped onion cook until golden brown,now add chopped tomatoes and capsicum cook until mashy.
  • STEP 3.Further add spices cook until released oil/butter.
  • STEP 4.Now add all boiled vegetables and mash with masher.
  • STEP 5.Now add water as required cook more for few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Futher add lemon juice and mix it well and garnishing with chopped coriander,onion and butter.
  • STEP 7.Now heat tawa spread butter and roast pav from both sides.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot ready pav bhaji with salad and enjoy!
