3 tbsp coconut jaggery (you can replace it with sugar candy
as required sugar or jaggery)
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp rose water
as required some Rose petals (optional )
Directions : paneer ki kheer Recipe
STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan, fry the desiccated coconut on low flame till light pink, now add paneer and fry for 1 more minute. Now add milk and cook on low flame till it thickens. Add cardamom powder , Rose petals and let it cool.
STEP 2.Now add coconut jaggery to the coconut cream and beat it well with a spoon. Add rose water to it and add this mixture to the paneer and mix well. At this stage you do not have to heat the kheer made. If you have added milkmaid or sugar then you can heat it.
STEP 3.Although it is served cold, but if you want to heat it, then heat it on low flame once the kheer cools down.
