Ingredients for Methi pulao Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 Cup methi bhaji chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Peas
  • 1/4 Cup paneer chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces onion finely chopped
  • 0.13 Cup tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.06 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Pieces bay leaf
  • 1/4 Pieces big cardamom
  • 1/4 Pieces small piece cinnamom
  • 1/4 Tsp roasted whole coriander
  • 3/4 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin
  • To Taste Salt

How to Make Methi Pulao Recipe

STEP 01

️1...Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan or wok, now add all the standing spices (pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon ) now add ginger garlic paste and fry lightly, now add onions and fry

STEP 02

️2... Now add peas and cook on low flame for 1 minute, now add tomatoes and cook it till it melts, now add fenugreek bhaji, salt and fry lightly, add half the paneer and save half, now add rice, mix well with a spoon and cover for 1 minute. Cook

STEP 03

️3..Now add garam masala and sprinkle water lightly and cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes so that the taste of fenugreek bhaji comes throughout the rice

STEP 04

4...Mix the rice with light hands, garnish with the remaining paneer and serve with hot chutney, raita.
