Rajasthani special onion paratha prepared with not much but basic spices like ajwain, cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chilli and turmeric powder. This recipe is very popular and these paratha's are very demanding.
STEP 1.Fry some garlic, ajwain and cumin seeds in a pan on medium flame.
STEP 1.Add asafoetida, green chillies, ginger paste, gram flour and mix well.
STEP 1.Cook for few minutes and then add chopped onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, fry on low flame.
STEP 1.Take some portion of dough, make the spheres with your hand and stuff it with the masala and then roll it with a roller .
STEP 1.Fry the paratha, on medium flame and put the paratha on it. When the paratha is ready on each side then serve it with some fresh chutney.
