  • 1/4 cup 250 gm fresh paneer
  • 1/2 medium size onion chopped finely
  • 1/2 green chilli chopped finely
  • 0.06 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 small carrot peel and grated
  • 1/4 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon grated ginger
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon ghee for moyan
  • As required water to knead the dough
  • As required Ghee/ butter for shallow fry paratha
