Rajasthani special onion paratha prepared with not much but basic spices like ajwain, cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chilli and turmeric powder. This recipe is very popular and these paratha's are very demanding.

- 200 gram Wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- As required Edible oil for cooking
- 1 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ajwain
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 3 No.s Green chilli
- 1 piece Ginger
- 50 gram Gramflour
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- As required Mint leaves dried A few

How to Make Onion Paratha Recipe
STEP 01
Take wheat flour and prepare a dough.
STEP 01
Fry some garlic, ajwain and cumin seeds in a pan on medium flame.
STEP 01
Add asafoetida, green chillies, ginger paste, gram flour and mix well.
STEP 01
Cook for few minutes and then add chopped onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, fry on low flame.
STEP 01
Take some portion of dough, make the spheres with your hand and stuff it with the masala and then roll it with a roller .
STEP 01
Fry the paratha, on medium flame and put the paratha on it. When the paratha is ready on each side then serve it with some fresh chutney.
