We all love fried food. Not on daily basis but sometimes fried food relished us. So for deep fried challenge I made Mysore aloo bonda with lots of veggies.
STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and put cumin and mustard seeds.
STEP 2.Add finely chopped onion and sauté.
STEP 3.Add chopped veggies and boiled potatoes.
STEP 4.Add chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
STEP 5.Mix all well and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 6.Let it cool and add chaat masala.
STEP 7.Make balls from potato mixture.
STEP 8.Make a batter from gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, baking soda and water.
STEP 9.Heat oil in a wok, dip each potato balls in besan batter and fry in hot oil.
STEP 10.Fry these till golden in colour.
STEP 11.keep on tissue paper to soak extra oil.
STEP 12.Serve hot with fried green chilli and your favourite sauce.
