Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Tikka Recipe

  • 0.13 kg boneless chicken
  • 0.13 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1.50 g Large garlic clovespeeled, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 Pieces green cardamom
  • 1/2 Pieces Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 Pieces Clove
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Tandoori Chicken Tikka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, cumin, and coriander together in a mixer grinder.

  • STEP 2.Mix this paste, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and oil in chicken pieces and keep in fridge for 1 hour.

  • STEP 3.Pierce screw in marinated chicken pieces.

  • STEP 4.Arrange in baking tray and bake or grill in OTG for 20 minutes on 200℃.

  • STEP 5.Serve tandoori chicken tikka with green chutney and pickled onions.
