Ingredients for Mysore Bonda Recipe
- 0.30 Cups Refined flour
- 1/10 Cup Rice Flour
- 1/10 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/20 Cup Curd
- 1/5 Cup Water
- 1/5 Handful Finely chopped onion
- 1/5 Tsp Finely chopped Green chilli
- 1/10 Inch finely chopped ginger
- As Required Finely chopped curry leaves
- 1/5 Tsp Salt
- 1/20 Tsp Baking soda
- 0.08 Litre Refined oil
How to Make Mysore Bonda Recipe
In a large bowl take 1.5 cups Maida, 1/2 cup Rice flour, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/4 cup Curd and 1 cup water.Mix well
Now add 1 small-sized chopped onion, 1 chopped Green chilli, 1/2 inch Ginger (finely chopped) , few Curry leaves (finely chopped), 1 tsp Salt/as per taste and 1/4 tsp Baking soda.
Mix well in one direction.
A thick and mixture is ready. Now, cover and rest it for 15 mins. After 15 mins stir it again. Now dip your hand in the water and pinch a ball sized batter.
Drop in hot oil, keeping the flame on low to medium.
Stir it and fry until the bonda turns golden brown and crisp.
Transfer them onto a plate and enjoy with coconut mint chutney..
