Baked aloo bonda is a healthier version of the popular Indian snack. It is made with a spicy potato filling coated with a crispy outer layer. Instead of deep frying, these bondas are baked in the oven, reducing the amount of oil used. They are perfect as an evening snack or as a party appetizer.
