How to Make Mysore Pak Recipe

STEP 01

In a pot add 3 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar and boil until sugar is dissolved completely.

STEP 02

Then add 1 cup of gram flour and combine in the sugar syrup cook until gram flour is aromatic.

STEP 03

Once the mix is thick in consistency add 3 cups of ghee in small quantities and mix.

STEP 04

Take a tray and grease it with ghee, add the gram flour mix in the tray and let it set.

STEP 05

Once the mix is completely cooled and hardened cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
