STEP 1.Peel and chop the carrots as thinly as possible.
STEP 2.Boil the carrots in water until they become tender it will take for about 20mins.
STEP 3.Remove the carrots and place them in a bowl, put them in the fridge, and let them cool down completely before using it.
STEP 4.Keep the carrot water released from the carrots to use later, also put it in the fridge, and let it cool down completely.
STEP 5.Using a blender, blend the cooked carrots, fresh orange juice, sugar (to taste), 1 cup peach yogurt, and a bit of cold carrot water, blend until smooth, it can be thick so add a little water to balance the consistency.
STEP 6.Serve cold and enjoy it.
