• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• 2 Green chilies slit or chopped
• 1 Red chilies broken
• Salt as needed
• 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
• 3 tablespoon Peanuts or cashewnuts
• 1 tablespoon Chana dal or bengal gram
• 1 tablespoon Urad dal or skinned split black gram
• 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 1 inch Ginger piece
