  • 1/2 Raw Mango, Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chana Dal
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts
  • as per your need A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as needed Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice and let it cool.
  • STEP 2.Grate the raw mango and keep it aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, peanuts, and curry leaves. Fry until the dals turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add grated mango, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot or at room temperature.
