  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice and let it cool.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped raw mangoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well. Adjust salt and spices according to taste.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with papad or raita.
