  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice until it is fluffy and separate the grains.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Saute until the mustard seeds crackle and the dal turns golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped ripe mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked rice to the pan and gently mix everything together. Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
