  • 1/2 Carrot, Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 1 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and chopped green chilies.
  • STEP 3.3. Add grated carrots and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly cooked.
