• For Outer Part of Litti
• 2 cup wheat flour
• 2 tablespoon pure ghee
• 0.5 teaspoon carom seeds
• 0.75 teaspoon Salt
• For filling
• 1 bowl sattu/ roasted gram flour
• 4 garlic cloves grated
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 ginger grated
• 2 green chillies chopped
• coriander leaves chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon onion seeds/kalonji
• 1 teaspoon carom seeds
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon any pickle masala
• As required Salt
• For Chokha
• 2 boiled potatoes
• 1 big brinjal/aubergine
• 3 Tomatoes
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 green chillies chopped
• 1 ginger grated
• 2 onions chopped
• coriander leaves chopped
• 2 teaspoon mustard Oil
• As required Salt
