How to Make Aloo Chokha Recipe

STEP 01

Boil the potatoes and mash them with mustard oil

STEP 02

Heat a pan with mustard oil. Add dried red chilies and fry until black , set aside

STEP 03

Fry the sliced onions until brown. Add green chilies and chopped garlic

STEP 04

Add the fried onion and red chilies in the mashed potatoes, salt and crush the red chilies

STEP 05

Mix well together and make small balls and serve as a side dish with rice and dal
