  • 1/4-0.38 tablespoon water to have a dry but binding consistency
  • 1/4 tablespoon mustard Oil
  • 0.13 tablespoon Ginger: grated
  • As required For Chokha
  • 0.63 Tomatoes: medium sized roasted on gas and chopped
  • 0.06 Onion: medium sized chopped
  • As required I Brinjal roasted on Gastop.Skin removed and chopped
  • 0.13 medium sized Boiled potato crumbled
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 tablespoon Ginger: grated
  • 0.06 teaspoon cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon mustard Oil
  • 0.06 As required Red chili powder: tsp
