The Perfect Litti Dough
I start with the goodness of Aashirvaad Atta. A little Aashirvaad Salt and a dash of Aashirvaad Ajwain are kneaded into a firm dough. This gives the litti its crisp, wholesome shell.
I use a fresh, spiced mix of Sattu (roasted gram flour) made with pure Aashirvaad Besan and a mix of other savory dals.
The hot, roasted littis are then soaked in rich, fragrant Aashirvaad Swasti Ghee. This is the secret step that makes the crust crackle and the inside incredibly soft.
