STEP 1.Take a wok , add milk , heat it . Give a boil.
STEP 2.Crush khoya or mash it , add in the milk , mix well , lower the flame .
STEP 3.Keep stirring till smooth.
STEP 4.Add milk powder, mix it well. Cook it until a lil thick.
STEP 5.In goes sugar & elaichi powder , mix it well . Keep stirring.
STEP 6.Cook it until a lil thick.
STEP 7.Turn off the flame , take out in a bowl , allow it to cool down.
STEP 8.Take an ice tray , fill it with the khoya mix , insert a toothpick, keep it in the deep freezer overnight.
STEP 9.U can give any shape .
STEP 10.Microwave khoya for 3 minutes & then crush it.. It will release the rawness of khoya .
