STEP 1.Scrub the karela and wash well with 2-3 times, keep the scrubbed portion
STEP 2.Now cut the Karela into 1"long and scoop out the seeds.
STEP 3.Now boil the Karela in the water with 1/2tsp of baking soda.
STEP 4.When it becomes soft take out from the water and keep aside.
STEP 5.Now take 1cup of sugar and 1cup of water mix well and allow to boil then dropthe boiled karela in sugar syrup, cook for sometime.
STEP 6.Now dry roast the dal and cook in the pressure cooker, give 4-5 whistles, then strain it.
STEP 7.Now take a pan and fry the chana dal so that it will become dry then grind in the mixie and add jaggery powder give a blend. Now take a pan and put 1tsp of ghee and add scrubbed portion of karela and fry well then add the dal,jaggery powder, ilayachi powder mix well keep aside for cooling. Now take out the karela from the sugar syrup and stuff the dal mixture in the karela and roll in the desicated coconut Karela (Bitter gourd) delight is ready to serve Enjoy with 😃
