Ingredients for Tandoori Nazakat aloo Recipe
- 2 Pieces Potato
- As Required for the boiling water

- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tbsp maida
- 1 tbsp water
- As Required White seasome seeds
- As Required For the stuffing
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Green chilli
- 50 gm Carrot
- 1/4 Pieces Red bell pepper
- 1/4 Pieces Yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 g reen bell pepper
- 0.17 tsp Haldi
- 0.17 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Dhania powder
- 1/4 tsp jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 0.17 tsp Kasoori methi
- as required Salt
- 30 gms Paneer
- 20 gms Kaju (chopped)
- 20 gms Kismis
- 20 gms Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Dhania patha
- as required Oil

How to Make Tandoori Nazakat Aloo Recipe
STEP 01
Peel the skin of potato and cut little both sides, then from the peeler make hole in potato.
STEP 02
Then put in water.
STEP 03
Now take a vessel and put water, add haldi and salt keep it in the stove and blanch the potato.
STEP 04
Now take out the potato and keep aside for cooling.
STEP 05
Now take pan and put ghee then put finely chopped garlic,green chilli,ginger,and fry for some time then add finely chopped carrot, finely chopped red,yellow, green bell pepper saute it then add all masala haldi,dhania, jeera,garam masala powder mix nicely then add chopped kaju,Kasoori methi,salt mix well fry little then add paneer fry it then switch off the flame then lastly add cheese and kismis mix well and transfer into a bowl.
STEP 06
Now fry the peeled skin of potato till crispy.
STEP 07
Now add the fried crispy potato peel to the stuffing, mix well add dhania patha.
STEP 08
Now make a slurry of corn flour, maida with the help of water.
STEP 09
Keep white til in the plate.
STEP 10
Now take potato and dip in the slurry and roll in the til and fry in the hot oil in the medium flame.
STEP 11
Fry all potato and keep aside.
STEP 12
After cooling stuf the stuffing in the potato tightly (giving the pressure) Now keep in the microwave for 30 seconds If you have Tandoor you can make in the Tandoor Our Nazakat aaloo is ready to serve
