Ingredients for Sliced aaloo ki subji Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Potato medium
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dhania powder
  • 2 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dhania patha
  • 2.50 Pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger
  • 2 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1 tbsp Basen
  • 3 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Somp
  • 0.13 tsp Hing
  • 0.13 cup dahi
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • As Required Dhania patha chopped

Directions: Sliced Aaloo Ki Subji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the skin of potato and cut into slices like kaju katli
  • STEP 2.Put in the water
  • STEP 3.Now wash nicely then put in a pan and add haldi,red chili powder, dhania powder, oil 2tbsp, salt mix well and keep aside for marinating.
  • STEP 4.Now in a mixie put dhania patha, 2 green chilli,ginger,garlic, 1/2 onion and make a chutney.
  • STEP 5.Now add 2tbsp of basen in the sliced potato mix well and keep the pan in the gas stove medium flame for cooking.
  • STEP 6.Now in another pan put 2tbsp of oil fry the capsicum and onion ,take out and keep aside.
  • STEP 7.Now put jeera in the same oil and add somp then dhania chutney fry little then add dahi fry wellthen add little masala red chlli, dhania powder, garam masala powder fry
  • STEP 8.well.
  • STEP 9.Now add the fried and cooked potato slices in the masala mix well and put little water so that masala will cook nicely till oil separates.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with dhania patha and slit green chili.
  • STEP 11.Serve with paratha.
