STEP 1.Cook the green chana in a pressure cooker with enough water till one whistle.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, after the cumin seeds crackle, add boiled chana and stir.
STEP 3.Now add salt and mix. (Cook on high flame while stirring till the water dries up, for about 1 minute).
STEP 4.Now add boiled, chopped potatoes and mix, add red chili powder, mix and turn off the flame. Let it cool down.
STEP 5.Meanwhile, cut onion, tomato, cucumber and green coriander.
STEP 6.Now put green chana in a bowl, add all chopped veggies mix well and serve.
