Ingredients for Protein rich salad Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Boiled black eyed beans
  • 1/4 cup Sweet corn
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Pinches Tomato finely chopped
  • 0.13 cup cucumber cut into diced
  • 1/4 tsp Mint leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp tsp mixed herbs or
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Directions: Protein Rich Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add beans, corn, onion, tomato, cucumber and mint leaves. Mix gently.
  • STEP 2.Squeeze lemon juice. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and mixed herbs. Add mayo. And mix.
  • STEP 3.Serve cool.
