STEP 2.In a pot, add water, 2tsp ginger garlic paste, 5gm of sesame seeds, soaked chana dal, chopped coriander, cumin seeds, salt and red chili powder.
STEP 3.Mix everything and cook for a while, until it forms like a dough.
STEP 4.In a pan add oil for frying.
STEP 5.Take a small amount of dough and flatten it to form a tortilla(chapati) like shape.
STEP 6.Drop the chapati in the hot oil, fry both sides until it is golden in color.
STEP 7.Remove excess oil and serve in a plate.
