#Tagno 40 Dahi poori is snacks item and basically originatrd from north india. Its evening type delicious and tasty recipe.
STEP 1.step1. First of all make tamarind chutney by mashing the soaked tamarind and adding jaggery salt chilli powder. Cook till it become thick and keep a side.
STEP 2.Step2. Make dhaniya chutney fir green chutney
STEP 3.Step 3. Make a dough of atta suji with warm water and cover it for 20 min.
STEP 4.Step 4. Make potato stuffing by mashing boiled potato and adding boiled chane or chole. Add salt chilly powder.
Mix the curd and sugar powder well and keep aside.
STEP 5.Step 5. Take dough make very small balls and pin roll it. Make all the pooris and deep fry in pregeated oil.
STEP 6.Step 6 All the pooris are ready now. Make a small hole in poori fill the stuffing we made and pour sweet curd we made. Sprinkle salt chilly and little sev it's ready to eat. Enjoy with your family 👪
