Ingredients for Kadai paneer Recipe

  • 100 gm Paneer
  • 25 gm Cream
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Chilly
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paneer kadai masala
  • A Pinch Turmeric
  • a pinch Kali mirch powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1 g Onion
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1.50 Pieces Tonatoes
  • 1 Cup water

Directions: Kadai Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1. First of all chop all the veggies and paneer in square shape. Step 2. Now take a kadai add 1 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste add onion and cook till it become pink. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes 🍅🍅 cook till tomatoes become paste. Now add salt turmeric dhaniya powder Nd cook for 5-6 min at low flame covering the lid. Step 3. On another side take a pan add butter into it and saute all the chopped veggies paneer. Add some salts and 2 spoon kadai paneer masala. Cook 1 more min.ans switch off the gas. Step 4 Now open the other lid in which we are cooking paste for paneer kadai. Open the lid and add cream to it cook few min and add 200 ml water to it. Cook for 2-3 min and add the paneer and sauted veggies. Again cook for 2-3 min till all water evaporates. Add kasuri methi and mix well. Now switch of the gas and serve hot
  • STEP 2.You can enjoy kadai paneer with nan roti or rice
