Ingredients for Rice kheer Gulab jamun Recipe

  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 50 gm Rice
  • 1/4 kg Sugar
  • A Pinch Ilaichi powder pinch
  • 1/2 Cup Oil

Directions: Rice Kheer Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1 First of all take 500 ml of water and sugar together in a vessel and switch on the flame and cook for 5-6 mins. When sugar syrup is done, add elaichi powder and swith off the gas.
  • STEP 2.Step 2. Boil milk in a vessel and add washed rice and cook till half rice done. Make sure that rice absorb all thr milk. Step 3 Now once the half cooked rice kheer is cooled down. Grind it roughly. Step 4. Now make small balls of all the dough. Step 5. Add oil in a kadai and let it become medium hot. Now fry all the jamuns we made and fry till it become golden brown. Once done take it out and put into sugar syrup. Step 6. Rice kheer gulab jamun is ready now. Enjoy it with your family. 🥰🥰
