Mawa malpuaa is old and traditional dish of bihar and Jharkhand. It is very crispy from outside and soft from inside. Very delicious recipe usually everybody prepares this recipe in Holi and Diwali.

Ingredients for Mawa Malpuaa Recipe

  • 50 gm wheat flour
  • 12.50 gm Mawa
  • As required drtfruits chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Saunders
  • 1/2 tsp Dry coconut chopped
  • As required Milk
  • 1/2 pieces mashed banana
  • 1/2 tbsp Curd
  • As required Ghee for frying
  • As required sugar for syrup

Directions: Mawa Malpuaa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add atta and milk mashed banana. Mix well Now add little water to make a semi thick batter. Add Saunf drtfruits coconut Mawa and mix well. Keep rest for an HR. Step 2 Now take ghee in a flat pan and deep fry malpuaa one by one. Cook till golden brown. Once done take it out and put into sugar syrup. Now take it out and serve with Rabri. It's so delicious. U must try once.
  • STEP 2.For sugar syrup take a vessel add sugar 3 cup and water 1 cup and let it boil for 10 mins. Now add elaichi powder in syrup. It's ready now. For better result add few drops of lemon juice in it. It's ready now.
